About Reflexology and its benefits
Reflexology is an ancient therapy that has been practised for over 5000 years. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that is based on the theory that different points and areas on the feet, lower legs, hands, face and ears correspond to areas of the body. As a Reflexologist I believe that working on these points on the feet can help with relaxation, reducing tension, mood improvement, enhance sleep and generally improve wellbeing.
Many people today lead very busy lives, often taking very little time out for themselves.
An estimated 75-90% of GP visits are stress related issues. Reflexology can help with coping better with the stresses that life can bring.
